We are an innovative specialist for high-quality industrial and consumer packaging. With around 320 employees at the Steinfeld site, we are constantly working on the further development of products, quality and product innovations.
Used in almost all industries and areas, we develop and produce a wide range of packaging solutions including bags the chemical industry, pallet protection films for transport, peat and wood processing films, specialist films for the construction industry and the food sector and more.

A key focus of our R&D efforts is the development of an extensive range of sustainable materials, including our range of Sutane®products made with recycled content which help reduce the environmental footprint of many of our products. In addition, we excel in advanced light-weighting and downgauging technologies, allowing us to produce films that maintain or even enhance performance while using less material, aligning with global sustainability goals by reducing waste and resource consumption.

Our European operations are equipped with state-of-the-art extrusion facilities that produce a wide range of high-quality, flexible films for various applications, including packaging, agriculture, and industrial uses. As part of our commitment to the environment and the core sustainability strategy that underpins our company, our mission is to increase the amount of plastic waste recycled in Europe. Over the last 30 years, we have invested heavily in washing and recycling polyethylene film. Our European Flexible businesses have the capacity to recycle up to 100,000 tonnes of polyethylene waste per year from a variety of sources including packaging, commercial, industrial, retail and agricultural plastics. Our Center of Excellence testing laboratory provides in-depth evaluation to ensure the highest quality recyclate for the manufacture of second-life products, many of which are manufactured at our Steinfeld facility.
